Moss Dance: Young Farmer Panel – Rotary B – Saturday – 12:30-1:30 pm

Moss started out as a farm apprentice in 2003 and developed an organic farming obsession – she’s had dirt under her fingernails ever since. Moss grows at Ripple Farm in Merville, and collaborates with Arzeena Hamir (Amara Farm) to run Merville Organics (www.mervilleorganics.ca), a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) box program.

Merville Organics sells fresh veggies and eggs at the Comox Valley Farmers Market and works to create more collaboration amongst organic growers. Moss also volunteers with the Comox Valley Organic Farmers’ Collective and is a board member with the Comox Valley Farmers’ Market.
