Bio: Elaine is a Permaculture Design Consultant and teacher with an international education and more than 25 years of experience organic gardening and green living.

Following a long career in nutritional consulting and natural healing she took a Permaculture Design Certificate on Denman Island and followed up with an internship at the Permaculture Research Institute of Australia.
